We accept select forms of Missouri Medicaid and UnitedHealthcare Kentucky for Overnight camps (limited counties around Louisville, KY). Overnight Equine camps
A life skills horse camp for kids offers a unique and enriching experience that blends equestrian activities with essential personal development. At such camps, children not only learn how to ride and care for horses but also develop vital life skills like responsibility, patience, and teamwork. The bond formed between the campers and these majestic animals can boost self-esteem and empathy, as horses often mirror human emotions, offering a non-judgmental space for learning. In addition to equestrian skills, these camps typically incorporate activities that promote leadership, communication, and problem-solving, fostering a sense of community and cooperation among the participants. This immersive environment allows children to grow in confidence and resilience, equipping them with tools that extend beyond the camp into everyday life. Kids up to 7 hours away come to our camp.
